Initial Fees

The initial consultation fee ranges between $100-$150 depending on the consultation. During this consultation, an examination of your pet will be performed, the doctor will go over any previous diagnostic and treatment information provided by your family veterinarian and will discuss the next best options with you.

During the initial appointment, you will be given a comprehensive estimate of anticipated charges. The estimate does not include follow-up charges. We work very hard to provide you with an accurate projection of charges, but estimates can vary by 20%. In the event of unanticipated changes in cost over the 20% range, you will be informed immediately.

If there is a financial concern, please notify us in advance. We do not wish to create any hardship for you. Affordable financing is available for qualified individuals through CareCredit®. With CareCredit® you can begin your pet’s treatment immediately, and pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your budget.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check*, and major credit cards. We also have a payment plan called CareCredit®, that allows you to start treatment today and spread payments over time. Some plans offer no interest.**

Our hospital offers a senior discount (excluding CERF exams). However, due to our large clientele it is the responsibility of our clients to make sure any discounts are applied at the time of check out.

  3. Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
    If card holder is not present – we must obtain verbal authorization & certain security questions.
  4. CareCredit® (Subject to credit approval) If credit application is declined, another
    form of payment listed above is required. Account holder must be present to
    sign.

CareCredit®: Applying for CareCredit® only takes a few minutes and there is no fee to apply. Please inquire with the front desk for details.
